Information

Scooter is a clone of Jeffy that didn't come from the cloning facilities, but instead from Cody's "C-C-C-Cloning Machine", he is the ONLY character created from that to have more screen time than the other clones, probably because he's associated with Jeffy.

His Death

Scooter was an unfortunate soul, he was dared by Tomblo and Jacob to enter the apartment, he was killed by a good percentage of the puppets in there, didn't stand a chance, then again he IS a clone of Jeffy, so would he really know how to defend himself?
